When we encountered some bumps in the road she had no problem maneuvering around the situations to get me the house I wanted. She never appeared flustered or unable to cope with the difficult situations that arose.
As a home owner for 16 years, I was wary and inexperienced about most of the process to sell my home, but Cheryl was very honest and knowledgeable. Communication was easy with her through emails, text messages, and phone calls.

We are so happy we used Cheryl to sell our last home and to buy our next home. When we first met with Cheryl, we were exploring all of our options and were still debating between selling or renting out our home. She walked us through what we needed to consider if we wanted to rent out our property and gave us an accurate picture of whether or not it would be cost effective to do so. With her guidance, we decided to sell.
After making the decision to sell, she gave us guidance on what we needed to do to get our place ready to go on the market and helped us find a manageable timeline so we could get our home on the market. In addition to going above and beyond to sell our last home, she and her team helped us find a wonderful new home for our family of 5. She listened to what we wanted in a new home and combed all of the listings to find what we wanted within our budget. Cheryl also made sure that escrow on our new home went smoothly.
Cheryl and her team found our home with the big backyard that we wanted so our girls had somewhere to play. We can’t thank them enough for everything they did to make that happen.

Cheryl Lynch is extremely good at moving property. She is a consummate professional. Her appearance and demeanor are always impeccable. She was very tactful about giving any “hard truths” and, it turns out, she was always right. Best of all, her ethics are sound and unswayable. By the time my house was sold, I felt like we had a relationship that would endure. There is one thing I think that Cheryl could improve on-her response time on communications needs improvement. I don’t know if she was overly busy, but it might help for her to return calls sooner out of respect for the angst that sellers and buyers tend to feel. But she got the job done so I can’t complain too much! By the third week on market our house was sold for the full asking price with very few buyer requests. She’s really knowledgable with the paperwork and phrasing of offers/counters as well.
