Cheryl attended California State University Fullerton and holds degrees in Psychology and Visual Merchandising. Cheryl and her team offer her clients innovative marketing programs to obtain top dollar for sellers and to find homes for buyers. She has an intimate knowledge of properties in Orange County, has mastered the ever evolving internet marketing strategies, and offers clients the best possible avenue for buying, investing or selling a home. Gregory Lynch, JD.
Chief Legal & Operating Officer, The Lynch Group
With 30 plus years of corporate sales and legal experience globally, Gregory brings a wealth of business, operational, and legal experience to The Lynch Group. He has operationalized the business and established processes he built at IBM, & Cisco leading global teams.
Since joining, Gregory has evolved the organization into a client-focused, high-performance team which bring resident solutions to a diverse set of market segments. Gregory has a unique understanding and perspective of Business, law, and Technology which together delight our clients and enhance the way they live, work, learn & play.
As a long time team member of The Lynch Group, Lori brings hard work, experience and endless patience and detail to each transaction. She is responsible for a variety of tasks for The Lynch Group. Lori’s most important assignment is to act as a liaison to our sellers. She expertly manages the listing and escrow process to provide smooth transactions and coordinates all marketing activities to provide the most effective exposure for each listing.
In addition, she makes sure that all marketing and sales information is communicated to our sellers on a timely basis. She is also responsible for inputting listings on the MLS and maintaining accurate, up-to-date property information on marketing websites. Lori’s ability to handle concerns from our clients allows Cheryl to devote her time and energy to selling homes. Her energy, enthusiasm and commitment, guarantee that our clients receive nothing but the highest quality of customer service and care.

Janice is The Lynch Group’s trusted real estate transaction coordinator. She is our liaison between estate agents, clients, escrow companies and mortgage brokers during the process of a real estate sale. She effectively manages the administrative tasks involved in closing every sale. Janice is also an expert licensed agent and real estate broker who stays current on forms and real estate laws in California. She understands the rigorous quality control process of the sale. She creates time lines of important dates for The Lynch Group to follow, such as deadlines for loan and inspection contingency removal. She is a critical part of The Lynch Group and has assisted hundreds of our trusted clients and eagerly awaits to serve thousands more.
E-Marketing Specialist/Online Brand Integrity/Web Manager
With a background in business marketing and top national agency experience, Jolene is an accomplished business owner of JB Marketing with extensive marketing, business development and project management skills.
Jolene’s expertise is helping businesses achieve results by developing and communicating a clear vision, strategy and execution.
An animal lover at heart, Jolene resides in Laguna Niguel with her two puppies.

Throughout the course of his career, Eric Crisp has developed strategic relationships with top-level executives at the nation’s largest banks. He has established a streamlined retention and financial analysis procedure which maximizes bank/investor profits and allows debtors to withstand their financial hardship. A Southern California native, Kate comes from a successful and accomplished family of homebuilders with an instilled passion for all aspects of real estate. This experience and desire naturally led Kate to work for a large Orange County homebuilder to gain an even more extensive knowledge in the real estate industry. Having taken a position as a Marketing Director to compliment her education, Kate became versed in advertising, new home sales marketing packages, floorplan design and interior design.
In addition to her success in real estate, Kate and her husband Tim collectively established a successful family owned and operated yacht management company in Orange County. Her biggest accomplishment however, is their children Saylor & Cutter.

A key factor to Jeff’s success was building long-term relationships with those clients and becoming a trusted advisor to them, which he carries forward as a real estate professional. His commitment to providing exceptional service before, during, and after a transaction is no different in representing sellers and buyers of real estate. Jeff has always had close ties to the real estate industry, from his work as an accountant and business manager to real estate partnerships, overseeing his family’s portfolio of investment properties, and handling estate transactions as an executor.
Having lived in south Orange County for over 25 years, Jeff continues to be enthusiastic about Southern California real estate, raising his family here, and enjoying all this wonderful region has to offer.
